Wow!!! a lot has happened since I've been back to this blog. My name is Allen long. This is my first update to this blog since 2012. 8 years ago. How time flies. As you can see by my previous posts I have tried marketing online before in some form or another. But I don't think I was ready then. I am older and wiser now. Well; older anyway. The wiser is still yet to be seen. I do have a degree in web design and I've had some success with it but I haven't made the money I would have liked "but" I have learned a lot of great skills. Most of what I have done through my life is sales. Offline sales...
The reason for this new post after so many years? I lost my job. So instead of trying to find another crappy job. I decided to create my own job. Follow my own path. To be an online Internet Marketer....
It's been a learning process and I tried doing product reviews on different software and it took me a month or so but I realized the best thing to do is find one product and be a authority on that one product.
So I found a company that I could promote and sell their product online. Since I decided on the "Make Money Online" niche because not only do I believe in the power of the Internet to make money online I would love to help others in learning how to use the Internet to change their lives and start to look at how we make money differently.

A Little About Me
Not long ago I lost my job at Sears. I stood on a floor and helped people one at a time for over 15 years select and purchase appliances. I did leave Sears a few times to pursue other Entrepreneurial adventures but used Sears as a way to supplement my income when necessary.
As the years went buy and Sears declined I found myself standing around more and more with very few customers coming through the door. Then with the downsizing and store closings I thought It was time to have "another go at making money online".

I began thinking I really didn't want to go out and get another job that has no security and if I got into sales I would be doing the same thing; helping one customer at a time and I probably would still not make the money I felt I deserved. So here I am.... having another go at it.
I've always been fascinated by Affiliate Marketing. Promoting a product online and getting a commission for it if someone buys through your link. Reaching a million people in my sleep sure seems a lot more lucrative then reaching one person at a time.
I was fascinated with those people that promoted products that showed me how to "make money online". The ability to do work that once done is still working for me makes so much more sense then trading my precious time for a certain amount of money. And I don't know about you but I never feel I am getting paid what I am worth.
I remember applying for a job online and one of the questions they asked was "how much money do I want to make". I find that such an absurd question. What is the right answer they are looking for? Of course I want to make as much money as I can. I want to make $100,000 or more a year. But do I put that? Are they looking for an answer that just pays my bills? Who knows.
The point being is we can never put a price tag on our time. Our time is priceless and something we can never replace and the fact that we have to put a low price tag on our time just to get hired for a job is an insult to me. Warren Buffet put it best when he said; "If we don't find a way to make money in our sleep, we will work until the day we die".
I've found a product that not only teaches how to make money online but you can also offer it to others and get a commission called Easy1Up. It is a series of video courses on how to start an online business and use the power of the Internet to make money online. I use it to learn myself and the pay model on it is one of the best I have found in my search fro a product to promote. If you want to learn more about how Easy1Up can work for you check out my other blog "Explanation of How Easy1Up Works for You"
Learning how to make money using the power of the Internet is a way to generate income passively. It does require work but the work put into learning and doing this can some day replace your current job. Allow you the freedom you deserve. None of us deserve to work like a slave for little money. With the way technology is today we don't have to trade our precious time for dollars. Dollars we can replace - time we can not.

Time Is Not Our Friend
As we get older we become more aware of time and how it is slipping away. One day at a time. As of this writing I am 52 years old. My daughter is a teenager now and time is ticking by. So I took another look at my blog and how I could use it as a platform to not only make money but to teach others how they could also use the Internet to make money.I've always been fascinated by Affiliate Marketing. Do We Really Want To Just Survive?
A job making $10-15 an hour does nothing for anyone but just to barely survive. It's poverty level. And who wants to "just survive"? I don't think anyone who makes less than $20 an hour is doing anything more than just surviving and trading time they can never get back for dollars. And time always runs out.I've found a product that not only teaches how to make money online but you can also offer it to others and get a commission called Easy1Up.
